Whenever an order / item is delivered with signs of being damaged, the customer must make this indication in the guide of the carrier that delivers them.

When can I return or exchange an item?

Returning an item is quick and easy. You just have to ensure that the article meets the following conditions:

  • Purchased up to 15 days ago;
  • The article has never been used, being in the original conditions (conditions of sale), with original packaging inviolate, without having been tried, if it contains a gift, it must also be returned;
  • With the original invoice or a copy;
  • If the packaging is damaged and the items have obvious marks of use, we will not be able to accept the return of the amount.

In the event that the items to be returned are not sent with all the requested documentation, the return of the same will not be accepted.

How do I return or exchange an item?

1. Access your account here and enter your email and password.
2. Click on "My Account" and then on the side menu under "Return Orders".
3. In the order menu click on the order number you want to return.
4. In the form fill in the information regarding your return and after confirmation you will receive an email with the summary of the same.

For reasons of quality and hygiene, no changes of make-up, coffrets or treatment/cosmetic products are made.
