The available means of payment are:
- Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and MB Way
- ATM - The order will only be shipped after we receive confirmation from the ATM network. However, the sending of proof of payment by the customer may speed up the process of preparing the order;
- Counter-refund* - Payment has to be made in cash;
- Bank Transfer - The order will only be shipped after we receive payment. To identify your payment more quickly you should send the proof of transfer to email@example.com

To make a purchase through this route it is necessary to provide the following data of your card: the card number, the expiration date, the three-digit security code (present on the back of the card) and the name associated with the card. After communication and validation by the bank, the order will be processed and sent.
Security in your payment
The order data and your card will be sent, duly encrypted, to the bank on the date of your order using the highest security standard stipulated by PCI (Payment Card Industry) which aims to protect the data of cardholders in web applications. All information conveyed is encrypted (SSL protocol).

The Multibanco payment method allows you to make the payment of the order amount at any ATM in the Multibanco network or via Homebanking in a practical and secure way.
After finalizing your order you will receive an email with all the Multibanco data (entity, reference, amount and validity).
Steps to make the payment at an ATM or Homebanking service:
1. Select menu Payments and other services;
2. Select the option Payment for services / purchases;
3. Enter the data you received: Entity, Reference and Value.
To guarantee you the best quality of service we will reserve the items of your purchase for 3 days while we wait for payment. After payment your order will be immediately processed and prepared to be shipped.
If you do not make the payment within 4 days your order will be automatically canceled.
Payment in Store
The payment method is used for customers who are in a physical store of Perfume Arte and who wish to place an order for an item that is not available in the physical store. The customer will proceed to the order online and simultaneously proceed to the payment in the physical store. The product will be sent to the store and/or home of the customer. Only after payment will the order be followed-up.
